What is processed
This page reads the totals you enter and the transaction rows in the CSV, OFX, or QFX files you choose. It uses the date, amount, merchant, currency, and category to calculate card rewards.
What is not sent
- Statement files or raw rows
- Merchant names, amounts, dates, or card suffixes
- Manual category or merchant totals
- Analyzer results
- Usage tracking based on your statement data
Your spending is not sent to WealthGeist, Firebase, an advertiser, or a card issuer.
Anonymous import diagnostics
Import diagnostics are not collected on this site. Statement processing and reward calculations run in your browser.
Session lifetime
Your spending entries, parsed transactions, corrections and results stay in this tab’s session storage by default. Refreshes and navigation keep your work. Closing the tab normally ends the session, though your browser’s restore feature may retain it.
Remember on this device for 7 days is optional. It saves a device copy with a fixed expiry that ordinary use does not extend. Expired copies are ignored and removed on access; a closed website cannot erase them in the background. An open analysis can continue in its tab. Older indefinite copies are preserved until you choose a storage option or clear them. Storage failures display a warning.
Use the analyzer's clear-data control to remove the saved analysis, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. This does not delete statement files you downloaded to your device. Saved analysis belongs to this website address and does not automatically transfer to another WealthGeist address or device.
Browser limits
Your browser and operating system may retain a downloaded source file, tab snapshot, or ordinary browser history outside WealthGeist's control. Use a private browsing window on a shared device and remove downloaded statements when you no longer need them.
